Log on problems?

• Check that the username and password you have entered are correct
• You may not have authorised access to these pages
• You may have been returned to this page or have been unable to log on. To log on correctly, you need to have set your browser to accept cookies. To do this please follow the instructions for your browser below. If you are not sure which browser you have, please go to the 'Help' menu and look at the last option, which will tell you which one you have. The cookie that is set is removed at the end of the session.

Internet Explorer

Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Internet Options...' Click on the 'Privacy' tab at the top of the box. You can then either move the slider downwards until it says 'Low' or click on the 'Advanced' button, select 'Override automatic cookie handling' and then select the 'Accept' radio button in the 'First party Cookies' column. Click 'OK' if you are in the advanced cookie handling box and then click 'Apply' in the 'Privacy' dialogue followed by 'OK'.

Mozilla Firefox

Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options'. Click 'Privacy' (padlock icon) at the top of the box. Place a tick in the box next to 'Allow sites to set Cookies' followed by another in the box next to 'for the originating site only'. Click 'OK'.

Opera

Go to the 'Tools' menu and select 'Preferences...' Click on 'Privacy' (located towards the bollom of the left-hand panel under 'Network'). Place a tick in the box next to 'Enable cookies'. Further options can be set in the two selection boxes below: the selection made in the top box must allow the browser to accept normal cookies.

Apple Safari

Go to the 'Safari' menu and select 'Preferences'. Select the Security icon (padlock) and then select the 'Always' or the 'Only from sites you navigate to' radio button next to 'Accept Cookies:'. Close the 'Preferences' box.
